I know, I know.  It’s been late April since I posted anything on the website.  For that, my deepest apologies.  The explanation is a long, long story but involves hospitals, state-mandated Response to Intervention training for school, a late out for our school, and a killer time getting the Senior Issue of our school newspaper to printer before the seniors actually left school.  All in all, it’s been a crazy couple of months.

I quickly came to the realization that it would be impossible for me to completely recap everything that has happened in the last couple months comic-wise.  But, here I am trying to get caught up on Raging Bullets episodes and just finally getting around to listening to 207 on the Smallville season finale, and I’m internally cracking up at all the things that have come to light since the episode aired.

–Allison Mack (Chloe) is not going to be a series regular next season.  She will be in some episodes, according to an interview that Kelly Souders gave right after the finale aired, but we don’t know at this time exactly how many.

–Tom Welling is a full-fledged producer next season, as opposed to the co-producer he served as this past season.  Watching video of him at the CW upfronts was great, especially since he vowed to do his best to get certain past cast members back to wrap up their story lines.

–That old lady in the finale who was knitting outside of Tess’s room?  Yeah, that was Granny Goodness.  Translation?  Furies! Darkseid!

–The season premiere is titled “Lazarus.”  Begin your speculation now.

–Brandon Routh recently did an interview where he was asked about guest-starring on Smallville.  He thought it might be confusing considering he played Superman/Clark Kent so recently, but Craig over at Kryptonsite.com makes a good point that he would be a great Mon-El.  Count me in.

Okay, I know this one was short, but I wanted to get back in the game.  I owe Sean a big one for being supportive during my absence.  DC is an exciting place to be right now, and I’m looking forward to everything that’s coming down the pipe in the coming months.

If you have anything in particular you’d like me to comment on, let me know and I’ll make it a point to give my opinion.  Just know that War of the Supermen was extraordinary in my eyes.
